At KAFTAN ELEGANCE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your kaftan doesn't provide the perfect fit or aesthetic, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed kaftan in its original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a successful processing.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your new size will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
